People

NZ Strong seeks to empower our employees through leadership and training, and we work every day to manage health and safety in our operations. We are also committed to giving back to the communities in which we operate and understand the importance of providing opportunities to Auckland’s youth, Māori and Pasifika.

Engaged and inspired people

Employee Engagement Survey

In February 2019 we conducted our first employee engagement survey and, while there are always improvements that can be made, we are very pleased with our initial results. Some of the results include:
Q. Are you happy at work? 75% responded 8 or higher out of ten
Q. Would you refer someone to work here? 84% said yes
Q. Do you feel valued at work? – 80% said yes
