Redevelopment of 3/4 of an operational school including classrooms, administration, library and hall.
MOUNT ALBERT GRAMMAR SCHOOL
A build only contract for the construction of new classrooms and the refurbishment of existing classrooms in an operational school.
AUCKLAND DISTRICT HEALTH BOARD CAR PARK
Extension of existing stairwells, ramp extension, roof structure and associated works within the 24/7 operational Auckland Hospital grounds.
