The Fairway Gardens project consists of an amenities building with 13 single bedroom apartments, 3 two bedroom apartments, 11 three bedroom apartments, lounge/cafe, a pool area and gym.
ARVIDA ARIA BAY RETIREMENT VILLAGE
The Stage 2 project completes the Aria Bay Retirement Village development. It is made up of 52 Apartments, interior and exterior communal spaces, a café/restaurant, and utilities required to provide the ultimate in wellness and independent living.
ARVIDA ARIA BAY CARE FACILITY
The Aria Bay retirement village project involved the construction of a 3-level facility with 57 rooms for both standard rest home and dementia care, with a vibrant shared outdoor space.
METLIFECARE GULF RISE RETIREMENT VILLAGE (LOTH)
The Gulf Rise lot H project consists of an apartment building with 20 boutique 1&2 bedroom apartments, landscaped gardens, a community Pavilion and Glasshouse.
METLIFECARE GREENWICH GARDENS VILLAGE STAGE 9 & 10
Achieving the team’s long term objective of being defect free at practical completion, the Metlifecare Greenwich Gardens development involved the construction of four 5 level buildings, each comprising a basement car park and 4 levels of apartments (96 in total) and associated civil/landscape works.
METLIFECARE PINESONG VILLAGE MANUKAU BUILDING
The Metlifecare Pinesong Village Project covered the demolition of an existing 3 storey apartment and then the new build of a 7 storey building of 48 apartments and a basement.
